Joss read history at Oxford, and worked initially in advertising, before going to South Asia to co-found Street Child of Sri Lanka. He is an On Purpose Fellow, and director of programmes at GoodPeople.

Simon Milton
Simon is founder of Pulse, established in 2003 to enable businesses to place purpose at the heart of everything they do. Simon is a visionary connector, designer, and enabler.

Richard Tyrie
Richard is an experienced impact founder with a track record of creating technology-based ventures that improve labour markets. Richard is founder and CEO of GoodPeople.

Christoph Warrack
Christoph is the founder of Open Cinema and Airbase, social franchises enabling place-based communities to build skills and pathways. A co-founder of MovingBeyond and Gather, he is also a TEDx speaker and RSA award winner and fellow.
